OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Excellent

For 7 yrs, my dogs have been going to the same mobile groomer. But when the pandemic happened she decided to only do cats but have kept my... read more dogs since they are smaller. However, it also meant that we had to bring our dogs to Campbell. While  this is ok, it is a challenge with our schedules.
So, when i found WE LOVE DOGS! MOBILE GROOMING, it was a blessing. It also accommodated us immediately (thank you!)
The communication mostly happened via text bu they are very professional, responsive and efficient which i love the most....
On the day of the grooming, i got a text with the ETA, again--i love it. And then the highlight was meeting the groomer itself. Her name is Andrea! And she is lovely! She is very sweet and considerate of my concerns and questions. And the best part is---my dogs furcuts all came out great!!!!! I just made my next appt with this mobile groomer (and specifically asked for Andrea!) cause we were reallllly satisfied.

She's 10 and has huge medical issues and they handle her with such care! The groomers are very kind and even let my 4 year old see inside the dog car wash. Yes it's a bit more pricey than a regular grooming salon and given her heart condition we can't have her be in a confined space for long. We love dogs is fast and so effective! Thanks we love dogs!!

We've been trying for over 8 months with zero success (meanwhile happily going to other competitors). They keep saying they plan to hire new employees and expand but say they have a hard time finding qualified candidates (really? in COVID pandemic with all this unemployment?) and have to prioritize their regular/monthly customers. If you do not plan to shell out several hundred dollars every single month for your animal, go elsewhere. They are struggling to scale and it negatively impacts their customer service.

A member of our dog school highly recommended this place and the process couldn't be easier. The appointment was made through text, they gave you an ETA of arrival, and the whole process was completely COVID-19 compliant (social distant handoff w/ masks, emailed invoice). Andrea was our groomer and she was awesome. I told her some of my concerns (him being a timid, squiggly puppy) as well as a picture of what I wanted his haircut to look like. Andrea had the calmest, friendliest presence that really reassured me as she walked away with my fur child.

And let me say.. she delivered!! I practically squealed when Pepito came back looking so incredibly cute. I'm completely obsessed and will definitely be a repeat customer.

His haircut is always even, and he's super soft after every appointment.

We've had some negative experiences at some chain store groomers, and we were so relieved to have found We Love Dogs! and Tara, especially during the pandemic. Scheduling is done via text, and invoicing is done over email--it all couldn't be easier. Tara consistently provides an ETA when she's on her way to our home, and she's always right on time. Went online emailed intake details for groom request, got a timely reply via text with details of what exact cost was for what I... read more requested( 1 dog got full treatment with haircut, one full w/o haircut) , agreed & sent appt time options, reminder text day before, same day ETA, was EXACTLY  on time. Andrea was very nice, took them both in, text when ready (under an hour for 2 ) my babies came hopping out happy as they look in the photos! Been to groomers that had them coming back to me looking stressed made me wonder what they went through so I'm very careful with here I take them. Looking forward to not having to groom them myself or wasting my time driving somewhere.

Both she and We Love Dogs have been... read more super accommodating in getting my German Shepherd in for grooming, especially considering we do not live in their current service area. It's taken some creativity on both ends to make it work, but knowing that when I leave my dog he's cared for, respected, and comes home SO fluffy and clean makes it all worth it. I truly trust no one other than Tara and her team with my fur kid, which is probably like a lot of pet parents out there.  Tara is as good as they come and wants her doggie clients to be happy and comfortable when they're with her. I have to say the whole team is so kind and answered all my questions promptly. Amanda is an amazing groomer. You can tell they care about the animal and they are patient. They are one of the only groomers who give treats during the grooming process to ease the stress. The fact alone that they care about the emotional welfare of the dog makes me want to keep using them. My dog Frida looked wonderful after. I highly recommend We Love Dogs. I... read more am very selective with who I use becuase I can't have someone be rough, too fast or force her to do anything. She needs a gentle groomer who understands dogs and is able to work with a sensitive and fearful older dog (she's 10.5). I've been with Tara for about 6 months now. She is consistant, communicutive, professional and always on time. Couldn't be happier with her service. I wish I can say Gin loves her, but Gin will never love a groomer. Gin tolarates her and is able to cope well through the experience, which is high praise for Gin.
